Refund Policy

1. General Policy

RACHURI'S JOBYATRA INDIA PVT LTD is committed to providing quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services on the JobYatra platform.

2. Event Registration Fee (₹99)

2.1 Refundable Conditions

Refunds for the ₹99 event registration fee will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Event Cancellation: Full refund if the event is cancelled by JobYatra or the organizer
  • Early Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the event date
  • Moderate Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the event date
  • Technical Issues: Full refund if you were unable to access the event due to technical problems on our end
  • Duplicate Payment: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges

2.2 Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event
  • No-show at the event without prior cancellation
  • Event attended partially or fully
  • Change of mind after successful registration

3. Premium Services

Refunds for premium services (resume review, career guidance, placement support) are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Before Service Delivery: Full refund if cancelled before the service begins
  • Partial Service: Prorated refund based on service completion percentage
  • Service Quality Issues: Full or partial refund if service does not meet stated quality standards

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via email at helpdesk@jobyatraindia.com
  2. Provide your transaction ID and registration details
  3. Specify the reason for the refund request
  4. Submit any supporting documentation if applicable

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration. If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements will be made.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy. Documentation may be required.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:

  • Emailing detailed concerns to helpdesk@jobyatraindia.com
  • Requesting management review
  • Providing additional supporting evidence

9. Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
